Work Programmes/Schedules - Online storage/retrieval of detailed work programmes/schedules
The project work programme / schedule tool provides a facility for storing, updating and accessing the latest work plans for each part (task or work package) of your project. The tool includes:
- Secure area allowing specified access to upload and edit specific task or work package plans and schedules
- On screen display of all project schedules and plans, allowing 'at a glance' assessment of overall project planning status (e.g. last updates etc)
- Access permissions fully flexible - allowing, for example, all partners to view all project plans, but only edit their own
- Single 'central' location for storing and viewing all (and latest) plans
